Continuing with the silliness, we are proud to announce that we have officially achieved blue beer, and with none other than our buddies over at Southern Grist Brewing Co. While our original batch was a bit late for July 4th, but we actually brewed on that day, we figured that it only made sense to make a Rocket Pop-inspired Berliner Weisse-style ale with Rocket Pops, blue raspberry, lemon and milk sugar. It hits every spot you'd want it to, with the blue raspberry dominating then finishing with lemon and a refreshing tart-ness - is it a melted Rocket Pop, or is it beer? Who cares! Nom.
